At The Sustainable School, we uses playful, story-rich STEAM learning to build curiosity, creativity and consciousness about sustainability.

As parents, we often focus on caring for others and forget to care for ourselves. During Mental Health Awareness Week, I’m sharing a few simple practices that help me stay calm and grounded — from daily meditation to learning to “let it pass” and making time just for me. Because our wellbeing matters too, and being kind to ourselves is part of raising happier families.
